print icon

1. On the top right of Edge, click the three dots for "Settings and more"

2. Find and click "Settings" near the bottom of the menu

3. Click "Privacy, search, and services"

4. Click "Choose what to clear"

5. Change the Time Range to "All time"

6. If you having problems with pages not loading, scroll through the list to check all but "Passwords" and "Autofill form data (includes forms and cards)". If the problem is the wrong information is automatically filled in the browser check all but "All data from the previous version of Microsoft Edge".

7. Click "Clear now" to erase the temporary files

Tip!

Your browser can be configured to delete temporary files once you close the application. There is nothing wrong with doing this every time. It just means it may take a few extra milliseconds or a second for what you are starting to come up.

8. If you want the browser to automatically clear the cache click "Choose what to clear every time you close the browser"

9. Select what you want automatically cleared

10. When you close your browser, it will automatically clear your cache every time you quit the application.
