Duplicate Email Signature
print icon

Exclaimer is a service that will automatically add your signature to any email you send regardless of if you are using a mobile device, computer, or the web app to send the email. So, you can end your email with a blank line and your signature will be appended automatically below that blank line.

NOTE: If you have manually added your signature, please delete what you added to avoid seeing duplicates signatures at the bottom of your email.

If you have duplicate Signatures, please do the following:
iPhone Mail app:
1) Go to Settings > Mail > Signature and erase all data from there, so it is blank.
2) Return to the Mail app and send yourself a blank email – the received email should have the signature added.

Outlook mobile app:
1) Open the Outlook mobile app and tap the red and white icon in the top left corner
2) Select the cog wheel (looks like a gear) on the left at the bottom to open the Settings
3) Click “Signature” and erase all data from there, so it is blank.
4) Press the check mark in the top right corner to save the changes.
5) Return to the Outlook app and send yourself a blank email – the received email should have the signature added.

Your LinkedIn profile and/or your Calendly link can be added to your signature. If you would like either or both of these links added, please submit a ticket with the link address and IT will add it. Please allow 24 hours for your signature to update.
