WHAT IS CLICKSHARE?
ClickShare allows meeting participants to share content from their laptop to the central meeting room screen.
HOW TO OBTAIN A CLICKSHARE BUTTON
- ClickShare Buttons are available in all conference rooms in a holder or tray.
- Be sure to return the ClickShare Button to its holder at the end of your meeting.
- USB-A and USB-C connectors are available, so take note of your laptop’s connection.
SHARE YOUR SCREEN
- Step 1: Make sure the TV is on and the source displayed on the TV shows ClickShare.
- Step 2: Insert the ClickShare Button into your laptop’s USB-A or USB-C port.
- Step 3: On your laptop, browse to the ClickShare drive and start the ClickShare application:
- ClickShare_for_Windows
- ClickShare_for_Mac
- Step 4: Look at the ClickShare Button. Push the button when the LED ring becomes static white. The content from your laptop computer should display on the meeting room screen and the LED on the ClickShare button will turn red.
HOW TO STOP SHARING YOUR SCREEN
- Push the ClickShare button to stop sharing your screen.
RETURN CLICKSHARE
- Be sure to return the ClickShare Button to its holder or tray at the end of your meeting.
