This is self-service. Additional reams of copy paper are on the floor next to the copier. If we are out of paper or if you see only a couple of reams left, please email [email protected] know so they can buy more before we run out.
Toner
The copier will prompt on the display when the toner is low and needs to be re-ordered. If you see this message, please email: [email protected] and they will reorder.
Paper jams and other mechanical issues
Please reach out directly to R3 Business Solutions, our copier support partner at (619) 858-779-1144. Give R3 the ID number on the front of the machine that’s in RED.
