This document provides instructions for accessing ChatGPT using your SDF email account. There are two methods available: 

1. Logging in directly through the ChatGPT website. 

2. Logging in through Microsoft My Applications. 

 

 

Method 1: Using the ChatGPT Website 

 

1. Open your browser and go to https://chatgpt.com/. Click Log in. 

 

2. Enter your SDF email address and click Continue. 

 

3. Select SDF when prompted. 

 

4. Re-enter your SDF email address and click Next. 

 

5. Enter your SDF email password and click Sign in. 

 

6. On your phone, open the Duo Mobile app and enter the 3-digit code to authenticate. 

7. Check the box for “Don’t show this again” and click Yes. 

 

8. You are now signed into ChatGPT under the SDF workspace. Look for the SDF workspace icon in the lower-left corner of the browser. 

 

 

Method 2: Using Microsoft My Application 

Before accessing Microsoft My Applications, ensure that you are signed in to Microsoft online within your browser. If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to enter your credentials and complete authentication using Duo. 

 

1. Navigate to https://myapplications.microsoft.com/. 

 

2. Select “ChatGPT Workspace SSO” to proceed.
