How to recover a file accidentally deleted from TSDF network drives

If you accidentally delete a file on your local computer, you can generally retrieve the item from the recycle bin.  When deleting files from a network server, the process is different.  If you need to recover a file from a network server, follow these steps:

1. Using File Explorer, navigate to the folder containing the file you want to recover.  Right-click on the folder and select Restore previous versions.

2. On the pop-up, select a time period containing the file you want to restore and click Open

3. A new window will open showing the contents of that folder at that point in time.  You can copy files out of this time-stamped folder in order to restore them.
