Issue:

When opening the Nextiva app, I can't see staff contact to dial.

Solution:

When you select Contacts Nextiva, it defaults to “My Contacts”.

If you click the funnel at the top, you can select a different contact group:

Tap on Directory and you’ll see the Nextiva address book:
