1. Log in to Outlook on the web by visiting outlook.office.com and signing in with your @sdfoundation.org account.
2. Click your initials or photo in the upper right-hand corner and select Open another mailbox
3. Search for the shared mailbox where you want to add/edit an auto-reply. Select is and click Open.
4. The shared mailbox will open in a new browser tab. Click the Settings gear icon and then select View all Outlook settings
5. Click on Mail and Automatic replies. Enter your desired auto-reply and and click Save.
