How to add a shared mailbox to a Mac

1. Open the Outlook application.

 

2. Select File > Open > Shared Mailbox...

 

3. In the Open Mailbox dialogue box, enter the name of the shared mailbox you want to add and click Add

 

4. If successfully added, the dialogue will disappear and the shared mailbox will appear in the left-hand navigation window.  If unsuccessful, you will receive an error message.  Reach out to IT for assistance.
