Subject: Re: SDRPIC Signature Image Issues

Hi everyone,

Congratulations on a successful launch!

I researched free signature generators and found this one: https://www.mail-signatures.com/signature-generator

It allows you to choose your email platform and it’ll provide installation instructions based on that. For Outlook 365, it’s as simple as copying the signature generated and pasting it into the signature settings.

I tested this using the “Elegant Logo” template because it  resembles your current signature the most. Since there is no option for custom fields, I added my gender pronouns in parentheses in the job title field.

The Policy & Innovation logo was inserted using this direct image link and the generator automatically resized it to the required dimensions: http://www.sdfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/logo_sdrpic_400px.png

Please let me know if this will work for you. If you choose to go with a signature generator that offers more customization, there are a couple of paid email signature services (i.e., https://mysignature.io), too.

Thanks!
