How to replace multifactor authentication for 1Password when you get a new phone

If you still have your old phone, you can log into 1Password.com on the web and replace your MFA app.

To do so, visit www.1password.com and log in.

1. Click on the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner
2. Click on My Profile


3. Click the 3 dots next to More Actions
4. Select Manage Two-Factor Authentication

5. Select Replace and follow the prompts to set-up MFA on your new phone.


If you no longer have your old phone, email [email protected] and will assist you in resetting your account.
