Emergency Loaner Laptop Procedure
If your TSDF-issued laptop fails and IT is not immediately available, follow these steps to get up and running as quickly as possible.

Go to Ryan Meneses' cubicle at TSDF’s main office.
Upon entering the cubicle, look for the small filing cabinet on the left-hand side. |

Open the top drawer and take one of the loaner laptops. |

Note the Asset Tag Number (4 digit number with a TSDF logo and barcode on the underside of the laptop.) Send an email to [email protected] with the Asset Tag Number you have taken and requesting loaner laptop configuration. |

If needed, while still on-site, open the computer and connect to the to the TSDF-CORP wi-fi network
Note: The password in the All Staff vault in 1Password. |

Log in with your username and password to create a local user account.
Note: This will allow you to log in to the computer when you are off-grounds. |

Once logged into the computer, you can either remain on-site at TSDF or work remotely.

Connect to RDS to work until someone from IT is able to assist you with loaner laptop configuration. |
