Issue:

When opening Adobe Acrobat on a Mac, a message pops up asking for the "Local Items" keychain.  No user or admin passwords work for this prompt.

Solution:

This is an issue with the adobe update.  

Step 1: Search for "Keychain Access" and click on the application:


Step 2:
Click on the menu and then open Prefences:


Step 3: Click on "Reset Default Keychains..."


Step 4: Enter the users user name and password for their Mac.  

Step 5: Restart the device for the change to take effect.
