- You should be prompted to log into Microsoft 365 to start using Exclaimer. If you don’t have the prompt and don’t see the following window please email [email protected] and mention that you need assistance with Exclaimer.

Log in and confirm request with Duo on your mobile phone - Restart your computer and then check for the presence of the new signature. The signature “SDF Email Signature” should be set for both “New messages” and “Replies/forwards”
- Close out of the signature settings and create a new email.
- Verify that your signature looks correct on the newly created email.
