Exclaimer Windows Instructions

  1. You should be prompted to log into Microsoft 365 to start using Exclaimer. If you don’t have the prompt and don’t see the following window please email [email protected] and mention that you need assistance with Exclaimer.

    Log in and confirm request with Duo on your mobile phone
  2. Restart your computer and then check for the presence of the new signature. The signature “SDF Email Signature” should be set for both “New messages” and “Replies/forwards”

 

  1. Close out of the signature settings and create a new email.
  2. Verify that your signature looks correct on the newly created email.
