If you are experiencing issues accessing database view of Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, or Grant's Edge, checking for updates to Citrix may resolve the issue.
1. Right Click on the Citrix icon
2. Select Check for Updates
3. In the pop-up screen, click Download
4. Less the download progress. When prompted, click Install.
5. You'll get a pop-up confirming successful installation. Click Close and you should be able to launch database view as normal.
